Kids Fest Tasmania - Sunday 21st March

KidsFest is now in its fourth year and has become one of the most popular events in the Tasmanian festival calendar, attracting almost 7,000 visitors in 2009. Like the Spring Tulip Festival, KidsFest is designed and marketed to encourage community involvement while attracting intra and inter state visitors with a specific focus on kids. In 2010 the KidsFest is expected to attract more than 7,000 visitors.

The central theme for the 2010 KidsFest will focus on encouraging families to get outdoors, be active and enjoy entertainment and activities. Of all the festivals held within Tasmania this is one of the largest specifically aimed at kids.

KidsFest is spreading the word that active participation and a healthy lifestyle is crucial to good health and wellbeing as well as being great fun!
